Selfishness impairs our awareness of how grateful we should be. We have so much that we don’t see the need to value one thing over another. We don’t remember or understand the price that was paid for it.

What are some life examples of how we can have a “slave” mindset?
When our lack of understanding of a certain situation causes us to doubt God. When we see our friends doing things that we know God doesn’t want us to do. When we misjudge people based on what we “think” we know about them.
What are some practical things we can do to reaffirm God’s value to us and our value to God?
